<p>A 62-year-old male patient presented to the ER with a complaint of a sudden onset of right eye pain, swelling, increased pain with movement, chemosis, proptosis&mdash;all occurring within 6 hours. He is a known case of CKD MHD 3/week, uncontrolled T2DM, and HTN. A presumptive diagnosis of orbital cellulitis was made, and he was started on vancomycin + piperacillin. Kindly provide your opinion on this case</p>
