A 62-year-old male presented with a persistent dry cough, particularly noticeable after eating. He also reported a recent development of voice changes over the past few weeks. His medical history included diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and hypothyroidism on regular medications. Kindly suggest investigations to rule out differential diagnosis.
