A 63-year-old male patient presented with fever and swollen feet, accompanied by a markedly elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) level of 113 mg/L upon initial evaluation. Following a 5-day course of intravenous antibiotics, the CRP level decreased to 25 mg/L. However, the patient now experiences leg stiffness. Kindly suggest appropriate management for this patient.
