A 65-year-old male exhibited asymptomatic growths on the neck for six months, as shown in an image. No similar lesions were reported in other family members upon examination. The nodules were soft, and buttonholing was observed. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis as Neurofibromatosis. Specifically, it was identified as Segmental Neurofibromatosis, also known as Legius Syndrome, a subtype of NF 1. Additionally, cafe au lait spots alongside neurofibromas may be observed in such cases.
