A 68-year-old patient with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Dilated Cardiomyopathy, on permanent pacemaker, currently in decompensated condition with altered sensorium. Non-diabetic. Experiencing conscious spells of incoherent talk. The patient's blood pressure was not recordable. The patient's random blood sugar was at 150 mg/dL, serum creatinine was at 3.2 mg/dL, blood urea was at 101 mg/dL, and serum potassium was at 6.1 mmol/L. The patient's Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) analysis indicates metabolic acidosis. ECG is as shown in the image. Kindly present your opinion.
