A 75-year-old male with a history of ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICMP) presented with acute pulmonary edema (APE). The accompanying electrocardiogram (ECG) is shown in an image. Direct current cardioversion (DCC) was performed. Kindly suggest your observations/findings.
