A 78-year-old man with a history of hypertension experienced a sudden onset of confusion. Imaging results from a CT scan revealed intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) with intraventricular extension. It is important to note that statins do not have any beneficial effects in treating cerebral hemorrhage.
