A 33-year-old female patient in her 2nd month of pregnancy presented with abrupt vaginal bleeding. She denies experiencing any lower abdominal pain. The patient has been receiving hormonal supplements, specifically biweekly injections of HCG 5000 IU and twice daily tablets of Duphaston 10mg, but continues to have a persistent brownish-black thick sticky discharge. The ultrasound report and blood test results are within normal limits, including the thyroid profile. Kindly suggest a possible diagnosis and a treatment plan.
