A 45-year-old female presented to the emergency department with a chief complaint of severe pain in the anterior aspect of the bilateral knees for two hours and a history of mild, nonprogressive pain in the anterior part of the bilateral knees for two months. There was no history of significant trauma, swelling, fever, or localized rise in temperature.No Medical Histrory.What could be the treatment of approach .
