A 28-year-old woman who has had one previous cesarean delivery and is currently 19 weeks pregnant came for a routine check-up. During the ultrasound, it was discovered that she is carrying twin fetuses, one of which has the condition of Dicephalic Parapagus. The medical team recommended termination of the pregnancy, but the patient desires to continue with the pregnancy. Can you provide recommendations for managing this situation?

What about the other twin? If the other baby is ok ,no harm in continuing the pregnancy as it is a DCDA Twin.In most cases diceph paraphagus baby dies at term or after delivery.
