A female patient presented with complaints of abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, irregular periods, and a hemoglobin level of 7.7, with Vitamin D3 levels below the normal range. Hysteroscopy revealed a mildly enlarged and bulky uterus with a normal echotexture, along with mild fluid in the cul de sac. The endometrium is normally observed in the midline, with no focal contour abnormalities. The region of the cervix appears normal, and the ovaries are of normal size, shape, and echotexture. No T.O. mass lesion is observed. Kindly suggest and appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
