A girl of 25 years of age and weighing 60 kg. Her PPD test was positive and even after 9 months of treatment, it has again come positive. That means she has got multi drug registered tuberculosis. What should I do now?

PPD / montaux test is not reliable for active tuberculosis infection. Consider CBNAAT / Genexpert it any symptoms. Was it is a case of PULMONARY T.B ?
