A male patient in his late teens complained of hip and right knee pain when he came to the hospital. The patient was hospitalised for and treated for COVID-19 infection 4 months prior with an injection of methylprednisolone and dexamethasone pill administered over 19 days at 1413 mg of prednisolone. The patient's MRI revealed stage III Ficat-Arlet AVN in both hips and osteonecrosis of the right knee, including the distal femur and proximal tibia.
