A non-diabetic patient presented with a tinea infection on his lower extremity that had been present for two months. Treatment with Miconazole ointment did not yield satisfactory results. To address this, oral treatment with Fluconazole was initiated, with a prescription of a single capsule (150 mg) per week. Kindly recommend suitable ointments and additional oral medications for this patient.
