The patient presents with a non-healing diabetic foot ulcer located on the lateral and medio-lateral aspect of the right thumb. The ulcer measures approximately 4.5 x 3 cm in diameter and has been presented. Despite standard wound care and glycemic control, the ulcer shows minimal signs of improvement. There is minimal discharge and limited granulation tissue formation.Kindly suggest an appropriate treatment

good control of diabetes antibiotics X-ray foot if bone involved urgent amputation other wise wound debridement and dressing hyperbaric oxygen therapy may also hello
