65 yr old male came with history of abdominal pain,distension since 5 days.X Ray showed signs of obstruction of small bowel. s.creatinine 3.8 mg/dl blood urea around 123 mg /dl USG Abdomen showed bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal changes.Patient was taken to ot but there were no signs of mechanical obstruction.Medicine referral was put regarding management of aki as serum creatinine began to rise. On examination there is palpable purpura was present over thighs.provisional diagnosis of leukocytoclastic vasculitis was made and confirmed .
