13 year old girl , with BMI - 36.5 , complaining of Spotting P/V 7 months back , USG pelvis - normal . I reassured the mother . What is the next step ?

Counselling is definitely required. We need to rule out underlying pathology..get her hormonal assay to rule out hypothyroidism or Cushings.
