A women of year old

A women of 36 year old having a wound with a h/o starting with severe itching which became a watery ulcer with tenderness and when water discharge from ulcer,it became a wound with watery discharge from 4-5 days and when it heals,it starts appearing on sole again at some other place but always on right foot..it happens every year from 2020 and only in rainy season and it takes 3-4 episode.
