<p>A 26 year female,Obese(78kg) having complain of dark colour urine for last 6 month ,and menstrual irregularities.loss of appetite...she is married but no baby yet..in usg- mild hepatosplenomegaly and ovarian cyst present (PCOD).in LFT.s.billirubin- approx 6,direct(4.2),indirect 1.8,,sgpt/sgot-58/46,alp-96&hellip;.the lft has been done.4-5 time in last 6 mont..and range is always in between s.bill-5-6,direct(4),indirect(2)..sgpt/sgot-wnl..on cect also-Mild splenomegaly, with ovarian cyst..no obstructive features,.All the viral marker is negative..even taking UDCA-300(BD),Silymarine(140)TDS,LOLA and rifaximine..her s..biilirubin not go down...plz suggest what should do?</p>
