A 47 year old female presented with dry hacking cough for 2 weeks not relieved by over the counter cough syrup cocktails. Cough relieved by drinking hot fluids ( I personally thought it's surely GERD or hysterical...... Uff indian ladies.....) Until I ordered a X ray and blood work just to be safe, the X ray is what puzzled me. Comment your opinions on the X ray and management course. Pt was already on inhaled bronchodilarors, steroids and PPIs. Thanks to our great doctors. Sorry for the X ray image quality. High time I got a new phone
