a year old lady came

a 30 year old lady came with RTA fall from bike , abrasion injuries over the nose and nasal bridge and hands . She was conscious oriented, no signs of altered mental status, On examination vitals stable. Wounds cleaned, Inj tt given, antibiotics and beta-dine ointment given and if any signs of bleeding and fever seen patient was told to report to OPD immediately and CT Head was advised if headache any bleeding from eyes ears or nose noticed.
