A 44 year old patient ( was a covid patient) suffering from weight loss and high triglycerides from after covid. (His age 44 and weight 47). when they take anxiety medicine then mildly gain weight but, when quit the anxiety medicine then start the weight loss. When they take medicine of high triglycerides, becomes normal, and when they quit medicine then increasing triglycerides. They are facing these problems from 4 years So Please give correct opinion in this problem.
