A 59 year old female with known T2DM, HTN was alright 1 month back then she developed chest dyscomfort. On evaluation CBC RFT LFT were normal GRBS 130 CKMB 40 Trop I negative. Ecg shown LV strain pattern. Echo showed dyskinetic movement of IVS. CAG showed TVD DES stent placed in RCA and LCx.Pt was discharged on DAPT and statins. After 1 month she complaints of recurrent vomiting and loss of appetite. on evaluation RFT was 72/5.6. USG KUB showed bilateral contracted kidney with altered corticomedulary echo texture. What could be the cause of decompensation?
