45 years old woman presenting with chest pain on the left side and radiating through arm and jaw. the pain lasting for 3 hours before the patients come to the ER. The ecg shows below: 

For emergency treatment: started with clopidogrel 300 mg, aspirin 300 mg, refer to cardiology for PCI.
