A 35-year-old office worker presented to a clinic with symptoms of nasal congestion, 
sneezing, and watery eyes that started a month ago and have worsened. The patient reported 
that the symptoms worsened when he was mowing the lawn and improved in an air- 
conditioned setting. The patient stayed with his wife, two young children, and cat and was 
doing some renovations in his basement, which had a moisture problem. The patient 
participates in moderate exercise three times a week, tries to eat healthily, and was recently 
diagnosed with mild hypertension. The physical examination showed pale, boggy mucous 
membranes, clear rhinorrhea bilaterally, and moderately swollen inferior turbinates with no 
polyps. The patient had no tenderness or adenopathy in the neck and clear lungs bilaterally. 
Eye examination showed conjunctivae pale, excessive tearing, and mild periorbital edema 
noted bilaterally. Based on the symptoms and history, the patient was diagnosed with Allergic 
Rhinitis (AR).&nbsp;
