An 18-year-old female presented with nose and ear bleeding at the emergency department. The patient's attender reported that she fell to the ground upon their observation, prompting her immediate transportation to the hospital due to loss of consciousness. The CT report indicated a normal study. All CBC, KFT, and LFT results were normal, as well as APTT, INR, and PT. The cause of her condition remains to be determined. Kindly provide an appropriate diagnosis and treatment option.
