२४ yr female came to hospital with complaint of multiple small joint pain with mrng stiffness since one month and fever since १५ days and rash over face since १५ days , on hemogram hb १० , tlc ४०००,plt ४०००००, ANA +ve, Anti Ds dna +ve, and also history of taking NSAIDS १ month back 
Pt having malar rash, discoid rash over back, oral aphthous ulcer in mouth, photosensitivity also present.. Kindly suggest differential diagnosis for that
