BLOOD CLOT IN SCLERA

Check BP, rule out causes of Valsalva eg constipation, cough, picking up weights. Needs dilated retinal evaluation also. And if the posterior extent of hemorrhage is not seen then needs CT brain to rule out intracranial bleed. Mostly resolves by itself, may require topical steroids for a short while if causing discomfort
