Bronchopneumonia in Child...

2 Years old boy presenting with shortness of breath, cough, and fever. the symptoms began since 2 days ago. On physical examination shows bilateral rales, sonor, and equal fremitus tactile. on laboratory finding his leukocyte count is 18000, hemoglobin level at 15, and trombocyte count is 250.000. The patients is diagnosed with broncopneumonia and admitted to the hospital. The treatment consists of ceftriaxone and suplemental oxygen.
