A patient was presented with a blister bump since 6 months on tongue.

no history of pain or discharge. It interfered with chewing and food swallowing.

Pt was advised for removal through electrocautery.

Pt was administered LA and careful escision was done through cautery. Dentogel was applied topically and pt was presrcibed antibiotics, analgesics and application of metrogyl for 5 days ,bd.

2 week follow up showed complete healing.
