case on dengue

In sep, october and november month we were getting cases of fever preceded by muscle pain, joints pain, mostly in and around shoulder joint. This pain and tenderness was so much so that one was unable to move from bed to washroom. Fever persisted for a day or two. On examination only finding was muscle and bone tenderness. On investigation, only positive finding was raised CRP up to the tune of 75. MP, WIDAL, CHKUNGUNIYA, DENGUE, TYPHUS TESTS were normal. In follow such patients after 2 to 3 months still complaing of intermittent unilateral, some patients on both sides, of pain. My view is whether it was some varient of corona virus.
