 A 16 yrs old male patient with sudden onset of excruciating pain in right side scrotum, swelling and elevated right testis.Pain subsided with medicines in 3 days. O/E Patient afebrile. RT testis non tender, swollen,elevated,placed transversly in scrotal sac.Discuss management

Torsion of testis is a medical emergency. Looks like it got corrected. Acute epididymo- orchitis is a differential diagnosis.
