Other than the CV wave of severe TR(surging wave, not flicker) what do you notice in JVP? Look carefully at the root of the neck, in the upper part the V wave leap into your eyes. What is the likely rhythm?

The likely rhythm of the patient's heartbeat is atrial fibrillation. This can be inferred from the presence of a prominent V wave in the jugular venous pulse, which is typically seen in patients with atrial fibrillation due to the lack of atrial contraction and ineffective emptying of the atria.
