The 40-year-old female patient presented with complaints of black bumps on her face and neck, which she had noticed for a couple of years and expressed a desire to remove them due to aesthetic concerns. On examination, papules ranging from 1-5mm in size were observed on her face and neck, without associated pain or itching, and no signs of ulceration or crusting were noted. The patient mentioned that her mother had similar papules. She was advised for laser removal of the papules, to which she agreed. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia, and all the papules were safely removed. A follow-up after 2 weeks showed recovery, and the patient was prescribed a depigmentation cream to eliminate any marks. The patient expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the procedure.
