The patient, who was recently diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension along with chronic kidney disease, began dialysis two weeks ago. Following dialysis, the patient experienced a sudden onset of shortness of breath and had an NT PRO BNP level of 30000. Troponin I was negative, procalcitonin was 100, and the patient was in shock with a blood pressure of 80/50mmHg while on NARAD. Please suggest the further course of treatment.
