A 50 year old male with k/c/o Diabetes, non smoker since 7 years, unilateral pedal edema since 1 week without Rash. CBC LFT KFT urine routine found to be  normal. HbA1c WNL , no history of bite, CAD, PVD, and Varicose vein. What are the test to be continued , the likely diagnosis for this patient and suggest  suitable management process.
