65 yr diabetic female come to opd c/o pain abdo at epigastric region, nausea and vomiting started at 3 am , I hv treated as gastritis but after 1 day again pt came and c/o fullness abdo, continuous vomiting but and mild pain abdo. I hv given Symptomatic treatment and advice USG abdo -report awaited. What may be cause??
