A 50 yr old male complaining of dizziness with nausea at 4 o clock night and sometime in daytime also. He has a similiar history from past 6months.these episodes usually acute in onset remain for 15-20 min.on examinaton his bp was 134/88mmhg . No history of any chronic illness.what is diagnosis.???
