28 year old male, doctor by profession, developed recurrent episodic headache for few weeks took pain killers, on routine investigations, he found to have altered RFT with features of UTI with multiple hypoechoic lesions in b/l renal cortex suggesting renal parenchymal disease, his MRI brain suggests mastoiditis with minimal fluid . Now pt. Suddenly develops blurred vision . Probable diagnosis please
