A 55-year-old female with known hypertension presented with c/o acute onset gradually progressive fascial edema for 8-9 days with swelling on neck more on lateral aspects and B/L hands. O/E pulse equal on both sides with good volume.
BP 140/98 mm Hg on Telmisartan 40 Mg.
Rest examination is normal. Please suggest the diagnosis.
