Hair loss

A 53-year-old woman arrives at the dermatology clinic complaining about losing hair. She was diagnosed with hypertension more than two years ago and is taking hydrochlorothiazide for treatment. She had received both immunizations and a booster shot before the infection; it had been about three months since her COVID-19 diagnosis. Physical examination revealed scattered hair thinning, positive hair pulls, and a slightly decreased hair density on her scalp.
