A 53-year-old male presents to the emergency department with complaints of hip pain. The pain began a few weeks ago and has gradually worsened, affecting his ability to walk and perform daily activities. He denies any history of trauma or injury to the hip. On physical examination, there is tenderness over the lateral aspect of the right hip joint, and limited range of motion is noted. An X-ray of the hip is obtained to further evaluate the source of his pain.Suggest a proper line of treatment.
