A 65 year old female with diabetes, 2 years history of Rheumatoid Arthritis on Methylpred 4mg daily + Leflunomide 10mg daily + HCQ 20 alternate day (since methotrexate inj. was not tolerated well due to low TLC in 2022 n replaced with HCQ) HCQ has reduced her blood sugar as well + TLC/ joint pain improved significantly + ECG echo normal. Till when can we continue HCQ tablet ?? Retinopathy?? Cardiac pathology ??
