38year old/male came with the c/o&nbsp; excessive salivation since 3 years . He c/o getting nightmares and excessive sweating in the palms after waking up.

H/o biddi smoking ocassionally, H/o tobacco chewing since 15 years . He had lost his mother in an accident 5 years back.

CT, MRI(brain),for any abnormality in brain , OPG and other tests all the normal
