ILD in post covid pt

45F, presented in clinic with h/o excessive Dry cough without fever not responding to cough SYP. No h/o asthma, COPD, allergy, seasonal variation, CAD, HTN, DM, drugs. Her CBC, KFT, Fever profile, Xray chest is normal, HRCT chest look like features of ILD She responded well with inhaled bronchdilators and steroids. Later on after 2 wks put on, spirometry, inhaled steroids and Yoga.. Expert comments needed
