Few months back operated one RTA pt age 38yrs with blunt trauma chest and abdomen .pt from Burhanpur, Madhyapradesh.Ct chest e/o large Rt hemothorax with near total collapse of Rt lung,with mediastinum shift to left .CT Abdomen e/o Hepatic laceration seg 5 and 6 9.54×6.57×6.59 cm with hemoperitoneum.E/o muscle tear in Rt hypochondriac region.Intraop Findings_Rt hemothorax approx 1200 ml blood ,Lacerated liver lying completely in Rt chest cavity with complete tear of Rt diaphragm from chest wall with multiple rib fracture few penetrating in liver ,Active bleeding from laceration on Rt of gall bladder in left lobe liver with hemoperitoneum.Exploratory laparotomy was done complete rt diaphram repair was done after that active beed from liver was sutured and one drain in abdomen and one in chest was kept .pt managed with icu ventilator and was discharged within 10 days .pt was having some bile leak but he was managed conservatively .
