An intraabdominal cystic mass was incidentally detected between the stomach and the pancreas in a 52-year-old woman undergoing postoperative follow-up computed tomography (CT) for chondrosarcoma of a rib. Her family history was unremarkable. Blood counts and serum biochemistry results were within normal limits.
