Intracranial Bleeding

male 65 years old, presenting with unconcious since 1 hour before admision. Previously his speech became slurry and unable to move the hand. not long after that, he became unconcious and go to the hospital directly. Arriving at the hospital his blood pressure rise up into 220/180 mmHg with cheney stokes breathing. He underwent head ct and diagnosed with intracranial hemorrhage. Immediately we start nicardipin 5 mg/hours and prep him for emergency craniotomy.
