34 years old lady who underwent cesarean section at a peripheral hospital 8 months back presented with recurrent lower abdominal pain Not relieved with routine analgesics and antibiotics. CT scan was suggestive of 17cm mass in pelvic cavity. Our differentials were dermoid cyst, post op collection and a foreign body. On laparascopy, it revealed an complete mop engulfed in omentum. Pesudocapsule was opened and mop delivered in an endobag from primary port 2cm incision.
