Linear Lichen Planus

A 32-year-old female came with dark-coloured lesions over her left leg for 2 months associated with itching. On examination, multiple well-defined violaceous to hyperpigmented papules and plaques were arranged linearly over the left leg and sole. The biopsy showed hypergranulosis, so a diagnosis of linear LICHEN PLANUS was made.
